Ever wanted to move more gracefully on the floor? Enhance your vocabulary and ability to utilize levels more effectively. We will begin with stretching and strengthening exercises as well as awareness of safety for knees, and then learn a combination that can be easily integrated into any dance choreography. This class is also excellent for those wishing to balance props.

Knee pads and a yoga mat are recommended. Swords, pots, or other balancing props are welcome for those wishing to combine floor work with balancing.
